艾滋病筛查实验室综合质量考评方法与结果分析

摘　　要：目的评价石家庄市艾滋病筛查实验室工作现状,进一步健全艾滋病检测网络建设。方法采用发放考核样品和职能工作问卷、现场督导考核相结合的方法对全市87个筛查实验室进行考核评估,收集相关资料统计分析,对各实验室进行综合评定。结果经综合评定,87个艾滋病检测筛查实验室全部合格,取得良好及以上成绩的实验室占74.7%。疾控系统实验室优秀率优于医疗机构,但差异无统计学意义(P=0.276);省市级医院实验室优秀率显著高于县级医院(P=0.012)。结论石家庄市艾滋病筛查实验室总体检测工作质量较好,质量控制管理是相对薄弱环节,特别是县级实验室存在较大差距。Objective To evaluate HIV screening laboratory working status in Shijiazhuang City,and to further improve HIV testing network construction. Methods 87 screening laboratories in the whole city were assessed through questionnaire survey and examined samples,relevant statistical analysis was collected,each laboratory was evaluated comprehensively. Results After a comprehensive assessment,87 HIV testing screening laboratories were qualified,74.7% of them achieved good results or above. The excellent rate of laboratories of CDC was superior to that of medical institutions,but there was no significant difference（P=0.276）. The excellent rate of laboratories in provincial was significantly higher than that in county hospitals（P=0.012）. Conclusion On the whole,the test working quality of HIV screening laboratories in Shijiazhuang City is good,but quality control management is relatively weak,especially,there is greater difference in the county laboratories.
