摘　　要：采用VB6.0开发一套基于Windows平台的数控线切割绘图自动编程系统。该系统具有独立的交互式二维绘图平台,既可独立绘制用于数控线切割系统加工的零件轮廓曲线,也可打开其他CAD系统绘制的零件加工轮廓曲线;对绘制或打开的零件加工轮廓曲线可根据要求自动排序并自动计算生成适用于数控线切割系统的加工程序,极大地提高了编程的效率和编程精度。This paper introduces drawing and automatic programming system for numerically controled wired electric discharge ma- chining （WEDM） developed by software VB6.0 in Windows environment. This system has its own interactive 2D drawing platform which can draws workpiece＇s cutting curve for WEDM and also opens files used by other CAD system. It can automatic generate steps and calculate and generate G code for WEDM when workpiece＇s curve has been drawn or opened. Thus, programming efficiency and precision could be improved.
