前路脊髓减压植骨融合内固定治疗脊髓型颈椎病的术后临床护理

摘　　要：目的探讨颈前路脊髓减压植骨融合内固定治疗脊髓型颈椎病（cSM）的术后关键护理措施。方法回顾性分析2003年10月～2013年6月中国中医科学院望京医院颈前方入路手术治疗的30例CSM患者的临床资料，总结术后护理经验和教训。结果30例CSM患者术后病情均明显好转，大部分恢复正常或基本正常；1例出现喉上神和喉返神经损伤，3个月后恢复正常；无护理相关并发症发生。结论规范的术后护理对颈前路椎间盘切除脊髓减压植骨融合内固定治疗CSM保证手术疗效、防治并发症、促进患者康复具有重要意义。Objective To investigate postoperative key nursing measures of patients with cervical spondylotic myelopa- thy （CSM） treated by anterior approach surgery with interbody bone graft fusion and screw-plate system fixation. Meth- ods clinical data of 30 cases with CSM who were treated by anterior approach surgery with bone graft fusion and screw-plate system fixation from October 2003 to June 2013 in Wangjing Horspital of China Academy of Chinese Medicine Sciences were analyzed retrospectively, and the nursing experience and lessons were summed up. Results All of 30 cases were obviously improved after surgery, and most of whom were completely or almost recovered to normal level; both recurrent and superior laryngeal nerve injury were founded in 1 case, and returned to norm in 3 months lat- er; there were no nursing-related complications. Conclusion Normative postoperative nursing plays an important role in patients with CSM treated by anterior approach surgery with bone graft fusion and screwplate system fixation： ensuring the efficacy, preventing complication, promoting rehabilitation and so on.
