卡维地洛联合川芎素治疗老年应激性高血压的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨卡维地洛联合川芎素治疗老年应激性高血压的疗效。方法选择100例老年应激性高血压患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例,观察组患者采用卡维地洛与川芎素联合治疗,对照组患者采用美托洛尔加用川芎素治疗,观察两组患者血压、心率的变化,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后的收缩压、舒张压明显低于对照组;总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论卡维地洛联合川芎素治疗老年应激性高血压,临床疗效好,不良反应少。Objective To investigate the effect of carvedilol combined ferulate in the treatment of elderly stress-in- duced hypertension. Methods 100 patients with elderly stress-induced hypertension were randomly divided into obser- vation group and control group,50 cases in each group,the patients in the observation group were treated by carvedilol combined sodium ferulate treatment,the patients in the control group were treated by metoprolo｜ combined sodium feru- late treatment.The blood pressure,heart rate and clinical effect ferulate in the two groups were observed and compared. Results The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure after treatment in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,respectively.The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion There is good clinical efficacy and low adverse reactions for carvedilol combined with sodium ferulate in the treatment of elderly stress-induced hypertension .
