消结安胶囊治疗乳腺增生114例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨消结安胶囊治疗乳腺增生疾病的临床效果。方法将本院收治的114例乳腺增生患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各57例。观察组患者口服消结安胶囊,对照组患者口服枸橼酸他莫昔芬片,两组患者均连续服药3个月。结果观察组总有效率为93.0%,对照组总有效率为80.7%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组不良反应率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论消结安胶囊治疗乳腺增生的疗效显著,副作用少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiaojiean capsule in treating mammoplasia. Methods 114 cases with mammoplasia were treated in our hospital,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 57 cases.The observation group was given Xiaojiean capsule for oral,the control group was given tamox- ifen citrate tablets for oral.All patients took medicine three months continuously. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.0%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 80.7%,there was statistical difference between the two groups （P〈0.01）;the incidence of adverse reaction of the two groups was compared,there was statistical difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Xiaojiean capsule has obvious therapeutic effect,less side effects in treating mammo- plasia,and worthy of clinical popularization and application.
