缬沙坦联合百令胶囊治疗高血压肾病的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察缬沙坦联合百令胶囊治疗高血压肾病的临床效果。方法选择本院52例高血压肾病患者,随机分成缬沙坦组(A组)和缬沙坦联合百令胶囊组(B组),观察两组治疗前后临床症状及实验室指标(24 h尿蛋白定量、尿素氮、血肌酐、血清胱抑素C)改变情况。结果治疗8周后,A、B组总有效率分别为46.15%、73.08%;两组24 h尿蛋白定量及血清胱抑素C水平均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且治疗后B组明显低于A组(P<0.05),而两组治疗后尿素氮、血肌酐水平较治疗前下降(P<0.05),但治疗后组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论缬沙坦联合百令胶囊可有效治疗高血压肾病,且联合用药效果优于单独用药,值得应用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of valsartan combined with bailing capsule in treatment of hy- pertensive nephropathy. Methods 52 cases of patients with hypertensive nephropathy were randomly divided into group A （valsartan） and group B （valsartan combined with bailing capsule）. The clinical symptoms and the laboratory indexes （24 h urinary protein excretion, serum urea nitrogen, serum creatinine and serum cystatin C） were observed before and after treatment. Results After eight weeks treatment, the total effective rate of group A and group B was 46.15% and 73.08% respectively, 24 h urinary protein excretion and serum cystatin C were all significantly decreased in the two groups（P〈0.05）, and the two indexes of group B were lower than group A（P〈0.05）. Serum urea nitrogen and serum cre- atinine were both decreased after treatment, but there was no significant difference between two groups （P〉0.05）. Con- clusion Valsartan combined with bailing capsule has good therapeutic effect for hypertensive nephropathy, and the therapeutic effect of combined therapy is better than single medication, worthy of application.
