阿奇霉素序贯治疗小儿大叶性肺炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨阿奇霉素序贯治疗小儿大叶性肺炎的效果。方法选取2010年6月-2012年5月本院收治的小儿大叶性肺炎患者60例，按照治疗方法分为观察组和对照组。每组30例，观察组采用阿奇霉素序贯治疗，对照组采用阿奇霉素静脉滴注治疗，观察两组临床症状消失时间、住院时间、住院费用和不良反应情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05），退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺哕音消失时间、住院时间和住院费用明显少于对照组（P〈0．05），不良反应发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论阿奇霉素序贯治疗小儿大叶性肺炎，能够有效改善患儿的临床症状，提高治愈率，减少治疗费用，减少不良反应，效果显著，值得临床推广。Objective To study the effect of the azithromycin sequential therapy in treatment of pedo-lobar pneumonia. Methods 60 pedo-lobar pneumonia patients admitted to our hospital from June 2010 to May 2012 were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the therapeutic method, each group had 30 cases, the observa- tion group was given the sequential therapy of azithromycin, the control group was given intravenous infusion of azithromycin. The symptoms disappeared time, length of stay, hospitalization expenses and adverse reactions were com- pared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. The defervescence time, cough disappeared time, pulmonary rales disappeared time, length of stay and hospitalization expenses in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. And the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group were significantly lower than it in the con- trol group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The sequential therapy of azithromycin for pedo-lobar pneumonia can significantly im- prove the clinical symptoms of patients, improve the cure rate, decrease the hospitalization expenses, and decrease the incidence of adverse reactions, which has remarkable effect and should be applied in clinic.
