摘　　要：运用文献资料法,从文化美学的视角来研讨舞龙舞狮竞赛自选套路创编的基本手法,并通过对龙狮舞的文化意蕴与美学要素进行审视,分析龙狮舞自选套路技术与配乐的美学原理,旨在为推动舞龙舞狮运动的进一步发展,为今后创作出更多更好的舞龙舞狮竞赛自选套路艺术作品提供参考依据。其主要研究结论为:把握创编舞龙舞狮自选套路的美学要素,讲求动作结构的美学手法与音乐搭配技巧,强调多种角度美的设计与美的追求,提出了既重视难度动作与组合动作的选择与创新,又得重视对运动员的理解力、表现力及全面身体素质的培养,创编出多种形式的龙狮运动演艺套路,能丰富巧妙展现"人体美、运动美、情节美、精神美、艺术美",能充分展示人的"创新、向上、自信、团结"的优良品质,从而实现舞龙舞狮竞赛自选套路创编的完美艺术价值。Using the method of literature material, from the angle of cuhural esthetics, the essential technique of the optional routine of competition dragon dance and lion dance is researched, through examining the cultural implication and esthetics essen- tial factor of dragon lion dance, the aesthetic principles of dragon lion dance optional technology and music are analyzed, in order to promote the further development of the dragon lion dance movement, to provide the reference for future creating more and better optional routine works of art of the dragon and lion dance competition. The main conclusion of the research is ： grasping the crea- tion of dragon and lion dance aesthetic elements optional routine, emphasizing the aesthetic ways and music with skills of action structures, emphasizing the multi angle aesthetic design and beauty, proposing the importance of the choice and innovation of diffi- cult movement and combination movements, and to attach importance to the cultivation of athlete~ comprehension, expressive force and comprehensive physical quality, create various forms of dragon and lion dance performing routine, enriching the artfully ＂body beauty, beauty, beauty of movement, beauty of spirit, the plot of artistic beauty＂, fully displaying the ＂innovation, excellent quality, to self-confidence, solidarity＂, so as to realize the perfect artistic value of dragon and lion dance competition optional rou- tine.
