摘　　要：面对我国城镇化进程中存在着土地城镇化和人口城镇化的差异,论文以生态经济学、循环经济等理论为基础,尝试探讨生态产业镇的概念、功能、特征,提出以β生态产业模式改造农村产业组织形态,优化农村经济种植组合方式,健全产业支撑体系、实现新型城镇化可持续发展的观点。Facing the differences between land urbanization and population urbanization in the process of urbanization in china, this paper, on the basis of ecological economics and circular economy, attempts to explore the concept, characteristics and functions of eco-industrial town, and to put forward the viewpoint of using β eco-industrial town mode to transform rural industry organization form, optimizing rural economic crop combinations, making sound industry supporting system and achieving sustainable development of new urbanization.
