摘　　要：美国发展文化产业的模式及经验主要包括营利性组织和非营利性合力助推文化产业大发展;完善的法律制度和版权保护;完善的投融资机制和良好的投资环境;科技创新和文化产品的有机融合;完善的人才战略和大量专业人才的供给及独特的文化产业管理营销模式等。这对我国西部地区发展文化产业具有一定的借鉴作用。西部地区要促进文化产业大发展,也可以在建立健全政策制度供给服务体系;构建有序、统一的市场竞争环境;建立健全文化产业的资本和人力要素供给体系;充分利用国际国内市场,做好文化产品的营销创新;推动科学技术与文化产品的有机融合和构造文化产业集群发展模式等方面努力。American cultural industry development experience mainly includes： collaboration of profit organizations and non-profit ones in boosting cultural industry development; perfect legal system and copyright protection; well developed investment and financing mechanism; organic integration of science and technology innovation and cultural products; perfect talent strategy and supply of a large number of professional talents, and unique marketing mode of culture industry management, etc. These modes can be reference for West China in developing its culture industry, as well as establishing and perfecting the policy system; unifying market competition environment; establishing and improving the cultural industry of the capital and personnel supply system; making full use of international and domestic market, completing the cultural products of marketing innovation; and mixing the science and technology together.
