HRB500高强度钢筋的开发与试制

摘　　要：根据国家标准对HKB500高强度钢筋的成分和性能要求，设计了内控成分和性能，制定了生产工艺路线，试制了Ф22mm HKB500高强度钢筋。检验表明，钢筋的屈服强度Re=565—615MPa，抗拉强度Rm=685—735MPa，强屈比Rm／Re=1．19—1．23，伸长率A=24．5％-25．5％，冷弯完好。因此，水钢开发的HR-B500高强度钢筋性能满足GBl499．2—2007标准要求。According to composition and properties of HRB500 required by the national standard, we designed internal- controlled composition and properties, arranged productive process, trial-produced qb 22ram HRBS00 high strength steel bar. The tests showed that the steel bar＇ s Re=565-615 MPa, Rm=685-735 MPa, Rm/Re=1.19-1.23, A=24.5-25.5%, and cold blending is good. So, the properties of HRB500 developed by Shuigang met requirements of GB 1499.2-2007.
