摘  要:PDA-5500 Ⅱ光电光谱仪所使用的钨针电极(也称对电极)它是组成光源的一个重要元件,起到对试样激发放电作用。长期以来该元件一直从日本进口,不仅价格昂贵,而且购货时间长,受国外限制,给生产带采诸多不便。通过对市售的氩弧焊钨极进行改造利用,完全可以取代光电光谱仪原装进口的钨针电极,从而实现进口件国产化。Tungsten needle electrode used in PDA-5500 II photoelectric spectrometer (also known as the electrode) which is an important component of the light source, the excitation discharge effect on sample. For a long time the element has been imported from Japan, is not only expensive, but also purchase time, by foreign restrictions, bring inconvenience. The argon arc welding of tungsten on commercially available polar transformation by, tungsten needle electrode can completely replace the photoelectric spectrometer imported, so as to realize the localization of imported parts.
