摘  要:通过在颗粒污泥破碎后投加混凝剂的方式,研究混凝剂的投加对好氧颗粒污泥再形成的影响,分析颗粒污泥破碎—再形成过程中胞外聚合物的变化及其与污泥特性的相关性.研究发现,混凝剂的投加加速了颗粒污泥的再形成,形成的污泥颗粒大小均匀、外形规则,结构也较为密实,完全颗粒化后颗粒污泥的污泥体积指数(SVI)稳定在20—40 mL·g-1范围内,强度在97%—100%之间.分析结果表明,混凝剂投加条件下,颗粒污泥松散型胞外聚合物中蛋白质的含量比对照组高,其含量随颗粒的形成而增加,完全颗粒化后略有下降,然后稳定在一定范围内,而多糖的含量一直变化不大.相比溶解性胞外聚合物和紧密型胞外聚合物,松散型胞外聚合物与好氧颗粒污泥的形成有密切关系,且与好氧颗粒污泥的强度和SVI都有一定的线性相关关系.This paper focused on the influence of coagulants on the aerobic granular sludge during reformulation process by adding coagulants after granular sludge breaking. The research also analysed the changes of Extracellular Polymeric Substances(EPS) during the process of granular sludge breaking-reformulation and its correlation with the sludge characteristics. The results showed that adding coagulants accelerated the process of re-granulation and the sludge granules had uniform sizes, regular shapes and compact structures. After complete granulation, SVI of the granulated sludge was maintained in the range of 20--40 mL. g-1 and the intensity reached between 97%--100%. The results of EPS showed that under the coagulant dosing condition, PN content of LB-EPS in the granular sludge was higher than the control group. The PN content increased with the formation of the granules and decreased slightly after the complete granulation, and finally stabilized in a certain range, while the PS content almost stayed constant during the whole process. Compared with the content of S-EPS and TB-EPS, LB-EPS played a significant role on the process of aerobic granular sludge formation, and it had a linear correlation with the strength of the aerobic granular sludge and SVI.
