摘 要:以16条环太湖主要进出河流为研究对象,采用改进的欧共体标准物质局(BCR)四步连续提取法分析其河口沉积物中重金属(Pb、Cd、Cu、Zn)形态分布特征,旨在为合理预防和治理太湖重金属污染提供依据.结果表明,表层沉积物中4种重金属的生物有效态含量均超过60%,说明在所调查的环太湖河流中它们具有较高的生物有效性和二次释放潜力,其生物有效性顺序为Zn>Cd>Cu>Pb.表层沉积物中生物有效态重金属含量总体为北部河流>南部河流,且呈现入湖河流>出湖河流.除元素Pb外,其它重金属生物有效态含量基本随剖面深度的增加而减少.An improved BCR four-step sequential extraction method for determination of the speciation of heavy metals has been applied to sediments collected from 16 river mouths around Lake Taihu, China. The results showed that Pb, Cd, Cu and Zn in surface sediments all dominated in the bio-available fractions (more than 60% ), which indicated that they had a high bioavailability and second release potential in these investigated rivers. The bioavailability for different metals varied in the descending order of Zn, Cd, Cu, Pb. In general, the bio-available fractions of these metals in the surface sediments were higher in northern rivers than in southern rivers, as well as higher in inflow rivers than in outflow rivers. Except Pb, all heavy metals in bio- available fraction decreased with an increase in depth.
