摘 要:本文主要研究 D2 90树脂从石煤酸浸液中回收钒的工程过程 ,并在树脂选型、树脂上柱条件、洗脱液的组成等方面进行了详细实验。采用酸浸—离子交换新工艺后 ,可在减化流程、降低消耗的同时使回收率提高 15The D290 resin is used to recover vanadium from the acid leaching solution of bone coal and the results show that the D290 anion resin is superior to D392 and 717.As for D290,the suitable pH of ion exchange lies between 2 and 3.The velocity of the solution running the resin should not exceed 0.05 ml sol/min·ml resin and the concentration of Cl - in the solution should be less than 20 g/l.The optimum composition of elution solution is 4% NaOH and 8% NaCl.Under these conditions,the maximum exchange capacity is up to 212 mg V 2O 5/ml·resin,exchange rate is more than 99% and the concentration of vanadium increases form 2~3 g/L to 30~40 g/L.It can be precipitated directly and the content of vanadium of the product is above 98%.Compared to the traditional technology,not only the energy and material can be saved but also the total recovery rate can be raised by 15% through acid leaching and ion exchange.
