摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理路径在子宫切除患者的应用效果。方法选择2012年9月-2013年6月住院手术治疗子宫肌瘤患者152例，随机分为路径组和对照组各76例，两组患者均以整体护理为基础，对照组采用常规子宫切除术护理，路径组采用子宫切除术临床护理路径进行。对两组患者的住院时间、费用、满意度及健康知识掌握程度等进行比较。结果路径组患者的住院天数及费用低于对照组（P〈0．05）；患者满意度和健康知识掌握程度高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论实施临床护理路径缩短了住院时间，降低了费用，提高了医护质量，保证了医疗安全，同时提高了患者对医疗护理工作的满意度和健康知识掌握程度。Objective To explore the clinical nursing pathway in the application effect of patients with hysterecto- my.
