摘　　要：针对国际互联网的网络安全及“信息污染”问题进行了研讨。首先分析问题，究其根源，最后提出解决的手段及措施。认为应建立一套完善的政策体系和网络安全管理制度，提高技术手段和用户素质，由此创造出Internet网络系统的洁净空间。This is a study of Internet network safety and information pollution. An attempt has beenmade to analyse the problem,dig into its root and then propose a satisfactory settlement. It is recom-mended that a perfect policy system be set up and the network safety control regulations be made andthe technical method and consumers quality be improved to create a clean space for the Internet net-work system.
