摘　　要：肺动脉高压是一种严重的疾病，传统给药途径在治疗的同时，存在体循环血压下降、生物利用度不高等缺点，而一些药物通过呼吸道吸入给药能避免上述不足。本文就近年来有关吸入药物在治疗肺动脉高压的研究进展作一综述。Pulmonary hypertention is a severe disease. The traditional route of administration is widely used in the treatment of pulmonary hypertention, which has some shortcomings, including the decrease of arterial blood pressure and low bioavailability. However, respiratory inhalation therapy can avoid these shortcomings. This article overviews the application on inhalation therapy in treatment of pulmonary hypertention.
