摘  要:目的:检验边缘型人格障碍信念问卷(Borderline personality disorder belief questionaire,BPDBQ)在大学生中的信效度。方法:随机抽取230名大学生,选择BPDBQ和人格诊断问卷(PDQ-4+)为测量工具。结果:①BPDBQ各一阶因子的Cronbach’sα系数为0.742-0.904,二阶因子为0.904-0.937,总量表为0.966。一阶因子分半信度系数为0.673-0.890,总量表分半信度系数为0.888。②BPDBQ的二阶因子与边缘型人格障碍亚型相关显著。③正常组与边缘型人格障碍阳性组在BPDBQ各因子(除"不确定的我")上的得分差异显著。结论:边缘型人格障碍信念问卷在大学生中具有良好的信度和效度,是鉴定边缘型人格障碍功能不良信念的有效工具。Objective: To examine the reliability and validity of the Borderline Personality Disorder Belief Questionnaire (BPDBQ)in a sample of undergraduates, Methods: A total of 230 university students were asked to completed BPDBQ and PDQ-4+. Results: (1)The Cronbach' s alpha coefficients for each subset of BPDBQ ranged from 0.742 to 0.904, the sub- scales' Cronbach' s coefficients from 0.904 to 0.937, and 0.966 for the whole scale. The split-half coefficients for the sub- sets ranged from 0.673 to 0.89. All split-half coefficients for the subsets were greater than 0.8 except subset "Afraid of abandoned" . The whole scale' s split-half coefficient was 0.888. (2)The second order factors of BPDBQ was correlated to Borderline subtype of Personality Disorder significantly. (3)There was a remarkable difference between the scores of positive and negative Borderline Personality Disorder groups in each subtest of BPDBQ except subtest "unsure of me". Conclu- sion: (1)BPDBQ is adaptable to undergraduates, and has acceptable psychometric quality. (2)BPDBQ is a reliable and valid assessment of the Borderline Personality Disorder suffers' dysfunctional beliefs.
