摘　　要：随着我国经济转型步伐加快,县域经济在经济发展中的作用越来越明显,本文运用SWOT分析法,从优势、劣势、机遇和威胁四个方面对黑龙江省县域经济发展现状进行了阐述,为黑龙江省县域经济发展和新农村建设提供经验参考。With the accelerated pace of China＇s economic transformation, the role of county economy in eco- nomic development becomes more and more important. This paper uses SWOT method to elaborate the economic development situation of Heilongjiang Province from the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and supplies reference experience for the county regions＇ economic development and the new rural construction of Heilongjiang Province.
