摘　　要：就业人数是产业发展的基础和前提,在分析新疆第一产业就业人数变化趋势的基础上,运用二次曲线模型预测新疆未来5年一产就业人数的变化情况,并对预测结果进行准确度分析,得出新疆一产就业人数在未来短时期内还将继续增加,并对可能产生的原因进行分析。Industry employment plays a certain role in promoting first industry development. On the basis of analyzing the change trend of first industry employment in Xinjiang, the paper forecasts the changes of Xinjiang~ first industry employment in the next 5 years u- sing quadratic curve model, analyzes the accuracy of predicting results, and comes to a conclusion that the first industry employment in Xinjiang will increase continuously in short period, together with the analysis of the possible reasons.
