延边朝鲜族劳动力外流及其影响研究

摘　　要：利用前国家人口和计划生育委员会流动人口及其影响因素监测调查数据,采用异方差Probit模型,对延边朝鲜族劳动力特别是女性劳动力外流的特点进行分析。研究结果表明:性别、年龄、社会资源、教育程度等对劳动力外流有显著影响;女性劳动力流动概率高于男性且婚姻和孩子数影响不显著是朝鲜族劳动力外流的重要特点;生活水平低、朝鲜族自身特点和地理位置促成了延边朝鲜族人口的大量外流,影响了当地经济和民族自身发展。Using the survey data concerning the migrants and impact factors in the ＂three types regions＂ conducted by The National Population and Family Planning Commission to analyze of the cross border out- flow＇ s status and influencing factors of the population in the border areas of Jilin Province. The results indi- cate：gender, age, social resources, education level have significant influence on labor flow, marry status and the number of children don＇ t have significant influence on labor flow, the special characteristics of Ko- rean ethnics labor flow are the outflow rate of female is higher than that of male. Low life level, Korean eth- nics characteristics and geographical environment are the main reason of most population outflow and it may lead to Yanbian Korean ethnics population negative growth.
