摘  要:介绍了棱镜腔技术在1.57μm人眼安全OPO激光器中应用的理论基础、技术方案和实验结果,为高可靠性OPO激光器的研究提供了一种新的思路和方法。通过对角锥腔本征模式的讨论,发现了腔内的偏振特性满足OPO相位匹配条件,获得了内腔式OPO激光器稳定运转;通过对角锥腔退偏输出性能的分析,研究了角锥腔电光调Q外腔式OPO激光器;介绍了正交波罗棱镜腔OPO激光器。研究结果表明,采用棱镜腔技术的OPO激光器是获得高稳定性1.57μm人眼安全激光输出的有效新途径。The basic theory, technology method and experimental result of prism resonator used in 1.57μm eye-safe OPO laser were introduced . The prism resonator is a novel technology and method for OPO lasers with high stability . The eigen modes of corner cube prism resonator were analyzed , the polarization property satisfy the OPO phase matching condition were found out, and the steady running of intra-cavity OPO laser was achieved. The depolarization of corner cube prism resonator was analyzed , the electro-optic Q- switched extra-cavity OPO laser based on corner cube prism resonator was investigated , then the orthogonal porro-prism resonator OPO laser was introduced . The research result shows that OPO laser using prism resonator is a effective method to achieve 1.57 μm eye-safe laser output with high stability .
