摘　　要：通过近几年全国非煤矿山事故死亡人数统计表,简要的分析了事故原因。实施安全标准化能够提高非煤矿山企业安全管理和本质安全水平,降低非煤矿山的安全事故发生率。本文在介绍标准化体系组成和主要内容的基础上,分析《金属非金属矿山安全标准化规范》的核心思想和理论基础—风险管理。Based on the national non-coal mine accident fatalities statistics in recent years, we briefly analyzes the cause of the accident. Implementation of Safety Standardization to improve safety management and essential safety level in non-coal mines enterprises, reduce the accident rates in non-coal mines. Based on introduces the composition and main content of standardization system, we analyzes the eore ideology and theoretical basis of Metal and Nonmetal Mines Safety Standardization Norms： risk management.
