摘 要:对三种不同结构的新型弓形折流板铝叠片油冷却器的传热和流阻进行研究,并与螺纹管弓形折流板油冷却器进行对比,结果表明:铝叠片油冷却器换热效果明显优于螺纹管油冷却器,且铝叠片油冷却器生产成本低、质量轻、结构紧凑。对弓形折流板铝叠片油冷却器分析中可得:油冷却器的壳程压降随着折流板间距和铝叠片间距的增大而降低。折流板间距为130mm铝叠片间距为2.0mm的2号油冷却器综合性能更佳,3号单位体积换热量大其结构更紧凑、经济性好。From study of heat transfer and flow resistance about three different structural new segmental baffle aluminum lam- inated oil cooler, together with comparing with screwed pipe segmental baffle, it indicated that the heat transfer effect of alumi- num laminated oil cooler was superior to screwed pipe oil cooler. Furthermore, aluminum laminated oil cooler had other advan- tage, such as low production cost, light quality and compact structure. After analyzing aluminum laminated oil cooler in detail, we conclude that the shell side pressure drop of oil cooler decreases with the increase of baffle plate and aluminum laminated - plate spacing. The integrated performance of 2# oil cooler is excellent when baffle plate and aluminum laminated - plate spacing is 130mm and 2. Omm respectively, as to 3# oil cooler, the heat exchange amount and economical efficiency are better and have compacter structure.
