摘　　要：扎兰屯航空护林站改(扩)建工程建设,是加强内蒙古自治区东部地区及大兴安岭林区护林防火工作的需要,是提升航空巡护能力的需要,也是保障机场安全的需要。项目建成后,能够最大限度地发挥扎兰屯航空护林站的快速反应、灵活机动的优势,对保护大兴安岭林区森林资源,保障国土生态安全,提高森林的生态、社会、经济、旅游等效能,促进边疆地区经济发展和社会安定具有重要意义。This project that reconstructing （expanding）the Zhalantun aviation ranger station, is to strengthen the work of fire prevention in the east of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and the Greater Khingan Range, and is to enhance the capability of air patrol and protection, also is to protect the airport security. The completion of the project, maximizes Zhalantun aviation ranger station＇s advantages of the rapid reaction, flexibility, which has great importance to protect the forest resources of the Greater Khingan Range and land ecological security, improve the ecological, social, economic and tourism effect of the forest, promote the frontier regional economic development and social stability.
