摘　　要：通过对中国首个限价商品——北京房山长阳国际城的居住现状使用满意度调查,发现了现存居住环境的问题和未来的隐患,分析了问题的原因,并得出了改进建议,为未来北京"限价商品房"的投入建设提供有利建议。Through the satisfaction investigations of researchers to the living status of China＇ s first commercial housing-Changyang international city in Beijing Fangshan, found the problems and future hidden dangers in existing living environment, analyzed the causes of problems, and gained improvement suggestions, provided favorable construction for the investment construction of ＂commercial housing＂ in future Beijing.
