摘　　要：从公众参与环境友好型村镇建设的特殊意义着手,针对如何建立公众参与机制从两个方面进行了论述,并提出了其保障措施,以促进环境友好型村镇建设,提高人民的生活质量。From the special meaning for the public participation in eonstruetion of environmentally friendly villages, the paper indicates from how to establish public participation mechanism from two aspects, and points out its guarantee measures, so as to enhanee the environmentally friendly villages and promote residents＇ living standards.
