摘　　要：对特殊土中湿陷性黄土和液化土的成因、影响因素和处理方法进行了分析和介绍,指出在特殊土地基上修筑建(构)筑物时,必须对其进行地质勘查与评价,以得出的结论为依据,采取相应的治理措施,从而保证公路工程施工和运营安全。Abstract ： The paper analyzes and introduces the reasons, the influential factors, and treatment methods for the collapsible loess and liquefied soil with special soil, points out the geological survey and evaluation should be undertaken when the foundation with special soil is constructed in buildings, and adopts respective treatment measures based on the conclusions, so as to ensure the construction and the road projects and the safe operation.
