摘　　要：海南西沙旅游的开通,对宣示和维护南海主权,促进海南和南海旅游发展起着重要作用。由于西沙和南海区域地理位置和环境的特殊性,其旅游安全问题尤为重要。西沙旅游常态化后,旅游安全问题将越加复杂和突出,故须尽早对西沙旅游安全问题进行研判,作到未雨绸缪,防患于未然。据此,文章通过对西沙和南海环境与旅游安全的关联性进行分析,总结出西沙旅游安全的特点和类型,并提出一些具体的防范和治理措施。The Xisha tourism officially opens in Hainan, which plays an important role in the declaration to maintain sovereignty over the South China Sea, and promotes tourism development to Hainan and the South China Sea. Due to the special nature of the location and environment in Xisha and the South China Sea, travel safety is particularly important. Travel safety issues will become increasingly complex and prominent after the Xisha tourism normalization, So Xisha tourism security issues must be studied as soon as possible that is done precautions against possible trouble. Accordingly, the article analyzes the relevance of the environment and tourism of Xisha and South China Sea, concludes the Xisha tourism safety as well as the type, and puts forward some specific prevention and control measures.
