摘　　要：科技在金融行业的发展从可有可无到必不可少，未来还将会取代现在的交易方式，作为渣打全球主要的金融市场软件开发基地，渣打科营中心坚信科技可以改变金融交易方式。Five years has passed since the establishment of Scope International(China) Co.,Ltd.(Scope China),a wholly owned subsidiary of Standard Chartered bank and also the third global share service center of Standard Chartered Group.In the eyes of Stephen Barnham,CEO of Scope China,the execution of strategic plan for the first five years was successful:the team expanded from 50people to over 1500.and the business also grew fast.During the development of finance industry,the position of technology has evolved from dispensable to indispensable.In today's global finance industry,the positioningol a company's trading technology development is critical and will determine its future.As a veteran who experienced all major financial turbulences since 'Black Monday' in 1987,Stephen believes that technology will replace the current trading methods,and what he wants is to change the modes of financial transactions.Unlike other financial organizations,Scope China mainly develops sophisticated systems and platforms for international finance market.Software developed are more complicated than traditional core banking,and various business scopes are involved. 'What we want to build are platforms for secure financial transactions.We'll make the transactions more efficient and convenient,and meanwhile we'll raise the traffic and lower the risks.'
