摘 要:随着望远镜光学口径的不断增大,为了最大限度地降低光学镜面重量,精简镜面支撑结构,提出了基于CFRP复合材料的智能反射镜技术,从技术层面分析了该技术的可行性及发展前景。文章具体从智能反射镜组成和主动面形校正原理出发,推导了智能反射镜面形校正模型的建立及面形优化的数学模型,对复合反射镜镜体的制备工艺、加工方法以及哈特曼波前检测技术进行了详细的介绍。深入开展该项技术研究对空间和地面大口径望远镜的发展具有的重要的意义。With the enlargement of aperture of optical telescope, reducing largely the mass of mirror and simplifying the support structure were getting more and more important, as a new and effective option, the CFRP (Carbon Fiber Re- inforeed Plastics) smart mirror was provided. Firstly, the constitution of smart mirror and the theory of active surface correction were introduced. Then the models of surface correction and optimization were previded. Secondly, the fabrica- tion of CFRP composite mirror and optical manufacture were introduced in detail. Thirdly, the optical measure method of Hartmarm was provided for the smart mirror. So this smart mirror will have important vakle to the development of space-based and ground-based telescope.
