摘  要:激光测温具有测量精度高、响应速度快、非接触、远距离测量的特点,在工农业生产、科学实验等领域得到了广泛应用。本文设计了一种三通道激光测温光学系统,系统由激光指示、红外接收和成像光学系统三部分组成,光学转像系统采用三通道斜方棱镜系统具有结构紧凑、重量轻、体积小等优点。光学系统参数为:成像系统入瞳直径D=16mm,焦距f′=35mm,视场角2ω=3°;三通道斜方棱镜转像系统长90mm,宽30mm;激光器工作波段532nm。Laser measurement has the advantages of high measuring accuracy, fast response, non-contact and distance measurement.It is widely used in the field of industrial, agricultural production and scientific experiment. The design of a three-channel laser optical temperature measurement system is described in this paper which consists of the laser indi- cator, the infrared receiver and the optical imaging system.The optical image rotation system adopts three channel rhom- boid system with the advantages of compact structure, light weight, small volume and so on.The optical system param- eters: pupil diameter D =16ram, focal distance f' =35ram, angle of field 2ω=3°. The length of the three-channel rhombic prism erecting system is 90ram and the width is 30ram.The wavelength of the laser is 532nm.
