摘　　要：为提高汛期雨情服务的效率和质量,利用VB.NET+SQL Server技术设计了区域站雨情服务系统,按照需求自动生成雨情统计文件,及时有效地提供统计时段内各站降水量、县区内降水平均值、当年累计降水量及历年同期降水量,实现了雨情统计的迅速和准确分析,大大缩短了雨情服务信息的制作时间,提高了工作效率。In order to improve the efficiency and quality of service of the flood season rainfall, using VB.NET ＋SQL Server technology to design the service system of regional station, automatic generation of rainfall statistical documentation as needed , timely and effectively provide statistical period each station precipitation, precipitation average value of counties this year the total rainfall and annual precipitation, analysis of visual contrast to.
