摘  要:目的建立了吸附色谱-光度法测定蚊香中2-仲丁基苯基-甲基氨基甲酸酯含量的分析方法。方法仲丁威经氢氧化钾水解,能定量地生成仲丁基苯酚,此化合物与对硝基苯基偶氮氟硼酸盐偶合生成络合物,在波长510nm处有最大吸收,测定样品吸光度,从而计算出含量。当被测的实际样品或制剂中混有干扰比色测定的杂质时,应先经过薄层分离出有效成分,再碱解、显色后测定含量。结果在最佳分析条件下,该方法对实际样品中的仲丁威进行测定相对标准偏差为1.6%-3.9%,回收率97.8%-100.6%。结论应用本方法对蚊香中仲丁威含量进行测定结果满意。实践证明本方法选择性好、灵敏度高、符合分析要求,具有操作简单、快速、结果准确可靠的特点。Objective To establish a method for detection of 2 - sec - butylphenyl methylcarbamate percentage in mosquito coil by adsorption chromatography - photometry. Methods 2 - sec - butylphenyl methylcarbamate can be hydrolyzed by potassium hydroxide to form sec - butylphenol, then this compound coupled with p - nitrophenyl - azo fluoroborate to produce a complex to determine the absorbance at wavelength of 510 nm, then the content of 2 -sec -butylphenyl methylcarbamate in sample was calculated. When the practical test samples or agents contained interfering substances, layer chromatography was used to separate the effective constitutes firstly, then the target analyte content was determined after alkaline hydrolysis and color development. Results Under the optimal analysis conditions, the RSD of this method was 1.6% - 3.9%, the recovery was from 97.8% to 100.6%. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, sensitive with good selectivity and accurate test results, it can be applied to the determination of 2 - sec - butylphenyl methylcarbamate content in mosquito coil.
