摘 要:目的研究工作场所空气中N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)的毛细管气相色谱测定方法。方法采用硅胶管采样,水解吸,毛细管气相色谱FID检测的方法,可以进行长时间采样,并能够直接获得工作场所空气中DMF的TWA浓度。结果方法定量检出限0.66mg/L,最低检出质量浓度为1.1mg/m^3;线性相关系数大于0.999;高、中、低浓度加标回收率为91.8%~94.3%,工作环境中常见的DMF共存物N,N-二甲基乙酰胺等不干扰测定。并应用于不同企业工作场所空气中DMF的测定。结论硅胶管采样,毛细管气相色谱法测定工作场所空气中DMF浓度,各项技术指标均能满足职业接触限值的要求,且能满足工作现场长时间采样要求。Objective To study the method of N,N -dimethylformamide (DMF) detection in the workplace air using capillary GC. Methods DMF in workplace air was sampled with silica gel tube, desorbed with water, and detected using GC - FID with capillary. Using this method, long - time DMF sampling was available and the TWA concentration of DMF in workplace air can be detected directly. Results The quantitative detection limit of the method was 0.66 μg/ml, and the lowest detection mass concentration was 1.1 mg/ms. Correlation coefficient of the method was greater than 0.999, and the recovery rate at high, median and low concentration was from 91.8%- to 94.3%. The coexistent substances such as N, N - dimethylacetamide in the environment had no interference in the detection. Conclusion The method for DMF concentration determination in workplace air with capillary GC employing silica gel tube sampling can meet the requirements of occupational exposure limit and long - time on - site sampling.
