摘　　要：报道1例中国人的Sjogren-Larsson综合征,并结合文献复习,探讨Sjogren-Larsson综合征的临床表现、影像学特征、基因检测和治疗。Sjogren-Larsson syndrome （SLS） is an autosomal recessive neurocutaneous disorder, commonly seen in the Scandinavian population and characterized as congenital ichthyosis/mentalretardation/ spastic diplegia or quadriplegia. We report a case of SLS of a 23-years-old woman who presented with ichthyosis, developmental delay, and spasticity.
