摘 要:目的探讨优质护理服务对老年肺源性心脏病患者心理舒适度以及满意度的临床疗效。方法将36例老年肺源性心脏病患者,采用配对原则,随机平均分为两组,每组18例,分别标记为A组、B组。A组患者给予肺源性心脏病常规护理,B组患者给予优质护理服务,比较A、B两组患者对于护士工作的满意度及临床疗效。结果 A组患者对于护理工作的满意度为33.3%,B组患者对于护理工作的满意度为77.8%,两组之间满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务可以提高老年肺源性心脏病患者的满意度,值得进一步在临床护理工作中推广及应用。Objective To study excellent nursing service on patient with the chronic pulmonary heart disease satisfaction. Methods 36 patients received were randomly divided into two groups. 24 cases in A were treated with the normal nursing service, 18 cases in B were treated with the excellent nursing service. Results The rate of A groups of patients satisfaction 33.3% , B groups of patients satisfaction 77.8% , the defferences between A groups and B groups about satisfaction were statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions Model projects for excellent nursing service have excellent effect, improve the patient satisfaction, and should be extended in clinical application.
