喷氧配合造口护肤粉治疗宫颈癌放射性皮炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察喷氧配合造口护肤粉治疗宫颈癌(Cervical Carcinoma,CC)放射性皮炎的疗效。方法将100例发生Ⅱ级放射性皮炎的CC患者随机分为两组,各50例,对照组仅行喷氧治疗,观察组行喷氧配合造口护肤粉治疗,比较两组疗效和创面愈合时间。结果对照组短期内(一个疗程即一周)皮肤损伤治愈率和治疗显效率分别为8.0%和42.0%,观察组分别为22.0%和70%;对照组和观察组的创面平均愈合时间分别为(10.6±2.9)d和(6.4±1.7)d,有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论采用喷氧配合造口护肤粉治疗CC放射性皮炎,能在短期内提高损伤治愈率,缩短治愈时间,缓解患者痛苦,同时保证放疗顺利进行,值得深入研究推广。Objective To observe the curative effect of oxygen jet and stoma skin protection powder combined on skin damage after radiation therapy. Methods Altogether 100 Cervical Carcinoma （CC） patients with II radiodermatitis were chosen and randomly divided into two groups to compare the curative effect and wound healing time. The control group was treated by oxygen jet alone. The observation group was treated by oxygen jet and stoma skin protection powder. Results The cure rate of skin damage and efficacy rate in the control group were 8.0% and 42.0% , while in the combined group were 22.0% and 70.0% respectively. The average wound healing time was （ 10.6 ± 2.9 ） d in the control group and （ 6.4 ±1.7 ） d in the combined group. There were significant differences （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions With the oxygen jet and stoma skin protection powder combined, the cure rate of skin damage has been raised, the pain has been reduced, and the smooth progress of radiation therapy has been guaranteed. Therefore it is worth of further research and promotion.
