磷酸钠盐在脑出血患者胶囊内镜检查肠道准备中的护理效果

摘　　要：目的探讨磷酸钠盐口服液(辉灵)在脑出血患者胶囊内镜肠道准备的护理效果。方法回顾性分析本院25例脑出血患者胶囊内镜检查前肠道准备的护理方法和护理效果。结果 25例脑出血患者口服磷酸钠盐口服液后的肠道清洁总有效率为92.0%,其中显效18例,有效5例,无效2例,患者不良反应少,无引发再发脑出血。结论口服磷酸钠盐口服液清洁肠道的方法简便、安全、有效,护理方便,患者易于接受。Objective To investigate the nursing efficacy of oral sodium phosphate （huiling） in preoperative bowel preparation for capsule endoscopy in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Nursing experience and nursing effect of preoperative bowel preparation of 25 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were retrospectively analyzed. Results The total effective rate of intestinal cleaning was 92.0% among 25 cases, with significant effectiveness in 18 cases, effectiveness in 5 eases, ineffectiveness in two cases. Conclusions Oral sodium phosphate for bowel cleansing is simple, safe and effective, which is convenient for nursing and easy for patients to aecept.
