摘　　要：目的探讨肝癌患者等级护理的分级标准要素指标，为临床护理工作提供参考。方法采用文献回顾法建立分级指标框架，通过Delphi专家函询法对24位专家进行了函询，对指标体系的结构和内容进行筛选和修改。结果经过3轮函询，形成专家一致性意见，最终得出一个包含4个一级指标和28个二级指标的肝癌患者等级护理分级指标体系。3轮协调系数为0．31—0．55，具有较好的意见协调性。结论肝癌患者等级护理的分级标准指标体系具有一定的可靠性，可为肝癌临床护理工作提供参考。Objective To explore the key contents of classification indicators of grading nursing in patients with liver cancer in order to provide a reference for the clinical nursing. Methods The literature review method was adopted to establish the framework of classification indicators. And the structure and content of indicators system was selected and modified by Delphi expert inquiry method among 24 experts. Results After three rounds of questionnaire consultation, the opinions of the experts were unified, and the classification indicators system of grading nursing for patients with liver cancer was developed ultimately, which included 4 first-level indicators and 28 second-level indicators. The coordination coefficient among 3 rounds of questionnaire consultation reached O. 31- O. 55, with good coordination. Conclusions The classification indicators system of grading nursing for patients with liver cancer is reliable and can provide the reference for clinical nursing work for liver cancer patients.
