摘 要:目的总结和回顾多年来远程医疗会诊工作开展情况,探索提高远程医疗效率的方法。方法对完成的139例远程医疗会诊的相关资料统计分析。结果目前远程医疗会诊主要承担的是偏远地区、不方便外出就诊的患者,近90%是为病情急危患者组织的急诊会诊,60%是常见病、多发病中的复杂难治病例。结论提高远程医疗会诊质量和效率,有利于节约医疗资源,使更多基层患者得到救治,开展远程疑难病例、死亡病例讨论及远程查房等方式,开辟远程医疗会诊的新领域。Objective Summary and review is made in terms of the implementation conditions of the remote consultation work in the hospital for many years,to explore methods to improve remote medical efficiency.Method Statistical analysis was made ih terms of relevant data about 139 cases of remote consultation completed in the hospital.Result At present,the remote consultation mainly focuses on patients who are in remote areas where seeing a doctor outside is inconvenient.Nearly 90% consultation is for emergency treatment organized for patients in critical condition,60% focuses on complicated and refractory cases in common diseases and frequently occurring diseases.Conclusion To improve the quality and efficiency of remote consultation is beneficial to save medical resources,make more grassroots patients receive treatment,take the modes such as remote discussion about difficult cases and death cases and remote ward-around etc,and develop new areas for remote consultation.
