摘  要:目的建立测定缝合针线中2-氯乙醇残留量的气相色谱法。方法依照国际标准ISO10993-7的气相色谱法,采用FFAP石英弹性毛细管柱(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm),进样口温度200℃,检测器温度250℃,柱箱温度110℃。进样量1μL,分流比3,柱流速1.5mL·min-1。结果该方法灵敏准确,2-氯乙醇检测限为10μg,在52.75~422μg范围内保持良好的线性关系,缝合针线中2-氯乙醇平均回收率为98.8%。结论该方法可以作为缝合针线中2-氯乙醇残留量的测定方法。Objective To establish a method for detection of ethylene chlorohydrin in surgical suture by gas chromatography.Methods The ethylene chlorohydrin was determined by ISO10993-7 with gas chromatography.The FFAP quartz elastic capillary column(30m ×0.32mm ×0.25μm)was used with the inlet temperature at 200 ℃,the detector temperature at 250 ℃ and the oven temperature at 110℃. The sampling volume was 1μL,the split ratio 3,the column flow 1.5mL·min-1.Results The method was proved to be accurate and reliable.The minimum limit of ethylene chlorohydrin was 10μg,and the calibration curve had good linearity in range between 52.75-422μg.The average rate of recovery of ethylene chlorohydrin was 98.8%.Conclusion The method is suitable for the determination of ethylene chlorohydrin in surgical suture.
