摘　　要：目的评价河南省濮阳市中医院住院患者使用抗菌药物的合理性。方法采用收集、统计、对比分析方法,对我院2010~2012年住院患者使用抗菌药物的种类、品种数、销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）等进行回顾性分析。结果我院住院患者抗菌药物销售前十位总金额所占药品比逐年下降,DDDs排名前三的仍旧是头孢菌素类,但抗菌药物结构已趋向多元化、合理化。结论我院住院患者抗菌药物使用基本合理,但仍需积极加强抗菌药物行政干预和宣传工作,以促使抗菌药物更加安全、合理、有效地使用。Objective To evaluate the rationality of antibiotics administration on inpatients of Puyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods The administration of antibiotics on inpatients of our hospital from 2010 to 2012 was analyzed statistically in terms of species,number of varieties,sales volume and DDDs by means of collection,statistical and comparative analyses.Results The sales of top ten antibiotics for inpatients in our hospital showed a year-by-year decline as a proportion of all drugs,and the DDDs of cephalosporins still ranked the first three,but there was a trend towards diversification and rationality in the use of antibiotics.Conclusion In general,the administration of antibiotics on the inpatients of our hospital is reasonable,but there is still an urgent need for active enhancement of relevant administrative interference and publicity for rational use of antibiotics,so as to promote safety,rationality and effectiveness in the utilization of antibiotics.
