ACS Multi-Link冠状动脉内支架的临床应用评价

摘　　要：目的:评价ACSRXMulti-Link冠状动脉内支架在冠心病治疗中的有效性和安全性。方法:自1997年6月至1999年1月对87例冠心病患者111支血管行冠状动脉内支架植入术,共植入支架116个,其中ACSRXMulti-Link支架97个。结果:本组植入97个ACSRXMulti-Link支架,96个(99%)成功;denovostenting38个,Suboptimalstenting33个,bail-outstenting26个;1个支架试植入较迂曲的LAD中段病变,因后座力差而失败。术中发生并发症8例(8.2%),其中支架植入后造成病变近端或远端正常血管撕裂4例;经11±6(2～19)个月的随访,发生亚急性闭塞和再狭窄各1例;无心肌梗死、紧急冠状动脉搭桥和死亡发生。结论:ACSRXMulti-Link支架用于冠心病治疗成功率高。Objective:To assess the safety and efficacy of the new ACS RX Multi-L ink coronary stentin treatment of coronary artery diseases.Methods:From June1 997to Jan.1 999,87patients of1 1 1 lesion were treated by using intracoronary stents.A total of1 1 6 stents were attempted,and 97were ACS RX Multi-L ink coronary stent.Results:Ninety six of 97(99% ) stents were successfully implan-ted,of which 3 8stents were de novo stenting,3 3 suboptimal stending and 2 6 bail-out stenting.The most important complications were vascular dissection(occurred in4 ) and vascular spasm(occurred in 4 ) .1 subacute occlusion and 1 restenosis occurred during 1 1± 6 (2～ 1 9) month follow-up.There were no myocardial infarction,urgent coronary artery bypass graft and death.Conclusion:The ACSRX Multi-L ink coronary stentcan be implanted successfully with a low incidence of complications and clinical events during follow-up.
