摘 要:当前全球环境问题突出呈现,环境安全成为社会运动的一个重要方面,环保传播应运而生。在环保传播中,传媒发挥了重要的建构现实与阐释意义的中介作用,同时也是舆论引导与社会动员的有力载体。其实,环境的物质层面与观念层面是互赖互动的,进行一种生态对话更为可取。处在转型关键时期的中国也不例外,生态环境问题非常严峻,屡屡成为舆论风暴的焦点。有鉴于此,中共"十七大"报告首次提出建设生态文明的目标,"十八大"报告提出努力建设美丽中国的目标。中国环保传播责无旁贷,面对环境风险加剧后如何推进传播机制创新,重构信息传递路径,完善媒介环境风险话语建构,满足受众环境知情权,实现生态文明,建设美丽中国,从而建立起中国环保传播的学科范式,是本文探讨的目标。In response to the prominent rise of environmental problems, environmental communication came into being. In environmental communication, mass media serve as a significant medium in constructing reality and explaining meaning and as a powerful vehicle of guiding opinion and mobilizing society. Actually, the physical and spiritual sides of the environment are mutually-depending and interactive, so it is better to have a ecological dia- logue. China, which goes through a critical transformation, is no exception, whose grave environmental problems protrude to draw frequent attention pf public opinions. Considering this situation, the two Party Congresses set the goal of building ecological civilization. This paper aims to establish a scientific pattern of environmental communica- tion in China so as to realize ecological civilization and build a beautiful China by promoting innovation in dissemi- native mechanism, re-establish the means of information dissemination, completing the discourse structure of mass media environmental risk and meeting with the audience's right of environmental matters.
