摘  要:对华电邹县发电有限公司1000MW机组凝结水泵耗电率偏高问题进行分析,其主要原因是:为保证锅炉给水泵密封水压力安全裕度,凝结水泵电机变频器转速降低受限。为解决这一问题,实施了锅炉给水泵密封水加装管道升乐泵改造,与此同时对各相关控制和保护逻辑进行优化,最终实现了1000MW机组凝结水泵电机变频器在0.100%负荷范围内安全经济运行,同比降低凝结水泵耗电率约0.2个百分点。降低煤牦约0.7g/(kW·h).经济效益显著。In this paper, the analysis on the high power consumption of the condensate pump in the 1 000-MW unit of Huadian Zouxian Power Company is conducted. The major cause is then concluded as the rotating speed of the condensate pump motor inverter reduced to its lower limit in order to ensure the safety margin of the seal water pressure of the boiler feed water pump. Therefore, the booster pump is added to the seal water pipeline and meanwhile, the related control and protection logics are optimized. After such innovation and adjustment, the motor inverter can rum safely and economically between 0% and 100% load ranges with the power consumption rate of the condensate pump reduced by about 0.2 percent and the coal consumption rate reduced by 0.7 g/(kW·h), which demonstrates significant economic benefits.
