摘　　要：目的　探索四川省结核病控制可持续发展问题 ,为制定项目结束后结核病防治对策提供科学依据。方法　对我省六个结核病监测区 (县 )实施项目前后结核病防治工作进行对比分析。结果　项目实施后传染源发现率较项目前提高 2 .7倍 ,综合防治效应提高 3.1倍。结论　只有实施正确的防治策略和得到必须的经费支持 。Objective Exploring the tuberculosis continuous development and providing the evidence for drafting the tuberculosis control strategy.Methods To analyse the tuberculosis control work of six tuberoulosis supervising county before and after implementing the program in our province.Results With the tuberculosis control program,the rate of new smear positive case finding increased 2.7 times,and the treatment coverage rate increased 3.1 times.Conclusion Only if could implementing the correct policies of control and having sufficient expense,the tuberculosis control work could continue to be development.
