摘　　要：论述了商用单片D/A转换器类产品的发展阶段、产品现状及未来发展趋势。以目前国际上商用单片D/A转换器产品公开发布的产品资料为基础,分四个阶段简要介绍了D/A转换器产品的特点、电路结构、速度精度、应用范围等;介绍了目前市场上销售的各类D/A转换器产品的性能指标、结构特点及应用范围;讨论了商用单片D/A转换器产品的发展趋势。An overview was made on different development phases of commercial monolithic D/A converter ICs, along with its present situation and future developing trend. Based on several global commercial D/A converter IC supplier^s published datasheets, product feature, circuit architechure, speed and resolution of D/A converters in four different phases, as well as its applications, were dealt with. The architecture, performance, and application of various D/A converter products currently available were examined. And finally, the developing trend of commercial monolithic D/A converter IC products was discussed_
