摘　　要：阐述了网络技术发展对编目工作的影响,介绍了编目理论的发展与变化情况,并对如何实现《国际编目原则声明》中提出的编目工作的最高原则——使用者的便利性进行了探讨。This paper expounds the influence of the development of network technology on the cataloging work, introduces the development and changes of cataloging theory, and probes into how to realize user＇s convenience, the highest principle of cataloging work presented in 〈Statement of International Cataloguing Principles〉.
